Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies December 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in December 2016 compared to December 2015, decreased by 1.3%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015 it purchased 5.1% less milk.
 
The content of fat in December 2016 compared to December 2015 increased by 1.8%, while the protein is increased by 0.9%. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 1.9% and protein is the same as a fat by 1.9%.
 
In December 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of cheese by 3.3% and reduced production of drinking milk by 40.5%, buter cream 3.6%, fermented dairy products by 2.3%, traditional cream 17.1% and production of other yellow products 39.5%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 0.6%, the content of milk fat increased by 1.6% while protein increased by 0.9%. Bigger production was of fermented products (by 1.5%), production of other yellow products (200.8%) and cheese (11.7%). Less production was of drinking milk (1.4%), cream (16.2%) and cream (traditional cream 33.6%).
 

Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 with December 2016 was less production of drinking milk (49.7%), cream (by 7.9%), fermented dairy products (by 13%), cream (traditional cream 5.7%) and production of other yellow products (56.9%), while the increased production of cheese ( by 24.8%).
