Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies June 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in June 2017 compared to June 2016, increased by 7.7%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 0.1%.
The content of fat in June 2017 compared to June 2016 decreased by 1.3%, while the protein is increased by 3.3%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 1.1% and protein is decreased by 1%.
In June 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase of cream by 12.6%, fermented dairy products by 4.7%, traditional cream by 32.5% and production of cheese by 4.2%. Decreased was in production of drinking milk by 7.2%.

In June 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (traditional cream 6.5%) and cheese (3.8%).
