Legal basis for conducting this statistical survey is Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 18/12).
METHODOLOGICAL BASIS
Purpose of survey
The purpose of survey on roads and bridges is to collect, process, and publish the data on road network in Montenegro. The survey aim is to use the obtained data for monitoring the dynamics of scope and changes in observed phenomena.
Coverage of survey
There are covers companies on the territory of Montenegro that take care on maintaining the roads of major and regional importance and local self-government bodies that manage the maintenance of local roads.
Data sources
Reporting units are companies on the territory of Montenegro that take care on maintaining the roads of major and regional importance and local self-government bodies that manage the maintenance of local roads.
Obligation to protect individual data
Individual data on the natural or legal persons are confidential and constitutes an official secret in accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 18/12).
