In Montenegro, in August 2019 in collective accommodation (hotels, camping sites, tourist resorts, vacation facilities, boarding houses, motels, etc.) tourists realised 13.3% more arrivals than in August 2018.

 

The number of realised overnight stays is 8.1% higher than in August 2018. Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 91.8% while the domestic tourists represent 8.2% of all overnight stays in collective accommodation in August 2019.

 

In the first eight months of 2019, tourists realised 17.2% more arrivals and 9.2% more overnight stays than in the same period of the previous year.

 

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in August 2019, the most of them were realised by tourists from Russia (17.0%), Serbia (16.5%), France (7.9%), United Kingdom (6.4%), Poland (5.5%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (4.7%), Germany (4.2%) and Kosovo (2.9%). Tourists from other countries realised 34.9% overnight stays.
