Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies February 2020

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in February 2020 compared to February 2019, increased by 10.6%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 2.7%.

The content of milk fat in February 2020 compared to February 2019 is increased by 2.3%, while the protein is increased by 0.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat decreased by 1.5% and protein decreased by 0.5%.

In February 2020 compared to the same period in 2019 recorded an increase production of cream (by 9.4%), fermented dairy products (by 0.1%), cream (traditional cream by 11.7%) and cheese (by 28.8%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 7.4%).

In February 2020 compared with the previous month, increased was in production of drinking milk (by 11.3%), cream (by 7.1%), fermented dairy products (by 4%) and production of cheese (by 11.4%), but decreased was in production of cream (traditional cream by 3.2%).
