Legal basis
The legal basis for the implementation of the survey on demolished buildings with dwellings is the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro ("Official Gazette of Montenegro“, No. 18/12 and 47/19) and Annual plan of statistical surveys.
The aim of statistical survey
The aim of the survey on demolished building with dwellings is the collection, analysis and publication of data on number and floor area of demolished dwellings according to the reason of the demolition.
Coverage of survey
The survey on the demolished building with dwellings is included every demolished building containing one or more dwellings, then the building in which there has been a change of use of housing in non-residential or merger of two or more dwellings into one.
The source of data is Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism.
