In Montenegro, in April 2014 tourists realised 36 395 arrivals which is 11.1% more than in April 2013. The number of realised overnight stays is 130 449, which is 2.1% more than in April 2013. Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 84.1% while the domestic tourists represent 15.9% of all overnight stays in April 2014.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in April 2014, the most of them were realised by tourists from Russia (21.5%), Serbia (12.5%), France (10.8%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (5.9%), Germany (5.5), Italy (3.5%), United Kingdom (3.3%), Albania (3.2%). Tourists from other countries realised 33.8% overnight stays.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays by type of resort, the most of them were realised in seaside resorts (87.1%), in capital city (6.8%), in other tourist resorts (4.6%), in mountain resorts and other resorts.
