In the third quarter 2015, in Montenegro were issued 191 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 136 building permits refer to natural persons, while 55 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the third quarter of 2015, number of dwellings provided for construction was 727 with floor area of 46 902 m².
