Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies March 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk,by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in March 2017 compared to March 2016, increased by 5.3%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 11.5%.
The content of fat in March 2017 compared to March 2016 decreased by 1.1%, while the protein is increased by 1.4%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is the same and protein is increased by 0,1%.
In March 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase fermented dairy products by 23.4% and traditional cream 5.2% ,and reduced production of drinking milk by 11.7%, buter cream 20.3%, and production of cheese by 2.9%.

In March 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (12.1%), fermented products (by 13.4%), cream (traditional cream 1%) and cheese (7.3%).
