Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies May 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in May 2017 compared to May 2016, increased by 11.5%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 11.4%.
The content of fat in May 2017 compared to May 2016 increased by 1%, while the protein is increased by 2.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.5% and protein is increased by 1.2%.
In May 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase of production of drinking milk by 1.2%, cream by 9.6%, fermented dairy products by 11.4%, traditional cream by 18.9% and production of cheese by 6%.

In May 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (17%), fermented dairy products (by 17.8%), cream (traditional cream 19%) and cheese (6.2%).
