Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies July 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in July 2017 compared to July 2016, increased by 7%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 2.9%.
The content of fat in July 2017 compared to July 2016 decreased by 3%, while the protein is increased by 0.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 1.6% and protein is decreased by 4.6%.
In July 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase fermented dairy products by 15.3% and traditional cream by 61.5%. Decreased was in production of drinking milk by 17.1%, cream by 9.4% and production of cheese by 0.7%.

In July 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk by 0.4%, cream by 25.5%, fermented dairy products by 21.7%, cream (traditional cream 4.8%) and cheese (12.4%).
