Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies August 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in August 2017 compared to August 2016, increased by 2.6%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.9%.
The content of fat in August 2017 compared to August 2016 increased by 1.7%, while the protein is increased by 4.1%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 5.6% and protein is increased by 5,7%.
In August 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase fermented dairy products by 12.3% and traditional cream by 9%. Decreased was in production of drinking milk by 0.4%, cream by 0.5% and production of cheese by 21.6%.

In August 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 2.9%), cream (by 1.6%), fermented dairy products (by 3.8%), and decreased was in production of cream (traditional cream 21,9%) and cheese (1.1%).
