Purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in third quarter of 2017
The value of the purchase and sale of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees in the third quarter of 2017 was 13.0 million EUR, from which the value of the sale of the own production of business entities was 4.8 million EUR or 36.7%, while the value of the purchase from individual agricultural producers was 8.2 million EUR or 63.3%.
The value of the purchase and selling of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees, increased in the third quarter of 2017 comparing to the same quarter of previous year 25.4%, from which the value of own production of business entities increased for 18.7%, and the value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased for 29.7%.
In the structure of the value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the third quarter of 2017 livestock by types and categories participate with 20.7%, vegetables with 18.1%, grapes with 15.6%, row cow milk with 14.3%, fruit with 12.3%, hen's eggs with 7.2%, other products with 5.4%, fresh fish with 4.4%, industrial crops 1.3%, processed fruit and grapes with 0.4% and cereals with 0.3%.
