Purchase and sale of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in first quarter of 2018
The value of the purchase and sale of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees in the first quarter of 2018 was 6.0 million EUR, from which the value of the sale of the own production of business entities was 1.9 million EUR or 31.4%, while the value of the purchase from individual agricultural producers was 4.1 million EUR or 68.6%.
The value of the purchase and selling of the agricultural, forestry and fishery products by business entities and agricultural cooperatives with two and more employees, increased in the first quarter of 2018 comparing to the same quarter of previous year 8.2%, from which the value of own production of business entities decreased for 3.3%, and the value of purchase of agriculture products from individual producers increased for 14.4%.
In the structure of the value of purchase and selling of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the first quarter of 2018 row cow milk participate with 29.9%, hen's eggs with 16.9%, vegetables with 14.6%, livestock by types and categories with 13.4%, other products with 8.0%, fruit with 7.1%, fresh fish with 5.2%, industrial crops 3.5%, processed fruit and grapes with 0.8% and cereals with 0.6%.
