Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies January 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in January 2019 compared to January 2018, decreased by 4.3%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 3.2%.
The content of milk fat in January 2019 compared to January 2018 increased by 5.2%, while the protein decreased by 1.4%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.7% and protein decreased by 1.8%.
In January 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of drinking milk (by 2.3%), cream (by 2.8%), fermented dairy products (by 3%), cream (traditional cream by 40.6%) and cheese (by 3.6%).

In January 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 8.7%), but decreased was in production of cream (by 7.3%), fermented dairy products (by 10.7%), cream (traditional cream by 4.3%) and production of cheese (by 3.3%).
