Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies April 2019

 The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in April 2019

compared to April 2018, decreased by 5.6%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk
increased by 1.3%.
The content of milk fat in April 2019 compared to April 2018 decreased by 5.1%, while the protein
decreased by 4%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 3.5% and
protein increased by 0.9%.
In April 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of drinking milk (by
3.8%), cream (by 0.2%), fermented dairy products (by 1.8%), cream (traditional cream by 49.5%) and
cheese (by 16.5%).
In April 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of fermented dairy products (by
2.9%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 9.3%), cream (by 8.9%), cream (traditional
cream by 8.2%) and production of cheese (by 3.9%).
In the period from January to April 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 8 530 266 kg and
there was an decrease of 4.2% compared to the same period in 2018.
