Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies September 2019

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in September 2019 compared to September 2018, increased by 2.4%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 6.2%.

The content of milk fat in September 2019 compared to September 2018 decreased by 5.4%, while the protein is decreased by 5.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 2.8% and protein increased by 1.4%.

In September 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of drinking milk (by 5.3%), cream (by 12.6%), fermented dairy products (by 2%), cream (traditional cream by 68.2%) and cheese (by 17.9%).

In September 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (traditional cream by 2%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 6%), cream (by 23.7%), fermented dairy products (by 18.8%) and production of cheese (by 22.6%).

In the period from January to September 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 21 177 819 kg and there was an decrease of 2% compared to the same period in 2018.
