Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies November 2020

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in November 2020
compared to November 2019, increased by 3.4%. Compared with the previous month, purchased cow's
milk decreased by 8.3%.
The content of milk fat in November 2020 compared to November 2019 decreased by 1.6%, while the
protein content decreased by 0.5%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat increased by 0.5%, while the protein decreased by 0.3%.
In November 2020 compared to the same period in 2019, increase was recorded in production of drinking milk (by 5.9%), fermented dairy products (by 9.4%) and cream (traditional cream by 10%), while decreased production of cream (by 22.9%) and cheese (by 7.4%).
In November 2020 compared with the previous month, increase was recorded in production of cream (traditional cream by 1.1%), while decreased production of drinking milk (by 3.5%), cream (by 13.2%), fermented dairy products (by 22.7%) and cheese (by 13.7%).
In the period from January to November 2020, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 26 606 083 kg and there was an increase of 3.4% compared to the same period in 2019.
