The total value of finalised construction works in Montenegro in 2021 amounted to EUR 792 million, which is 4.8% less than in 2020. Value of finalised construction works on buildings amounted to EUR 329 million, while on other buildings it amounted to EUR 463 million.
In 2021 are completed 3 070 dwellings with a useful floor area of 191 thous. m².
