18.02.2026Entrance of raw milk and dairy products obtained in dairies
The total quantity of purchased cows’ milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro, in the fourth quarter of 2025 is 7 273 788 kg, and shows an increase of 6.8% compared to the same quarter of 2024.
The average milk fat content in the fourth quarter of 2025 increased by 2.5% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, while the protein content was higher by 0.1%.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, compared to the same quarter of 2024, an increase was recorded in the production of fermented milk products by 22.4%, cream by 19.7%, drinking milk by 6.8%, cheese by 5.5%, and traditional butter by 1.7%.
