In Montenegro in January 2026, in collective accommodation1 (hotels, vacation facilities, boarding houses, motels, tourist resorts, hostels etc.), tourists realised 32 268 arrivals and 73 491 overnight stays.
Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 73.7% while the domestic tourists represent 26.3% of all overnight stays in collective accommodation.
Concerning the structure of overnight stays by types of resorts in January 2026, the most of them were recorded in seaside resorts (53.9%), mountain resorts (21.7%), capital (16.3%) and other resorts (8.1%).
