In the first quarter 2013, 173 building permits were issued, thus representing an increase of 10.9% in comparison with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 25.4% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of previous year.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 133 building permits refer to natural persons, while 40 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the first quarter 2013 is lower for 27.0% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 44.4% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of previous year.
