International cooperation
In accordance with the Article 62 of the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 18/12), coordination role of the competent body in international cooperation is defined.
In the official statistics system of Montenegro, the competent body shall be the main coordinator in the international statistical cooperation.
In implementing international obligations, the competent body and other official statistics producers, must accomplish comparability of statistical data with other countries, achieve cooperation with international organisations and official statistics producers from other countries with obligation to follow and implement international standards.
