Legal basis for conducting this statistical survey is Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 18/12).
METHODOLOGICAL BASIS
Purpose of survey
The purpose of survey on urban passenger transport is to collect data on the number of passengers carried and data on number and length of bus length. The survey aim is to use the data obtained for monitoring the trends in area of urban and suburban transport.
Coverage of survey
Survey on urban passenger transport cover companies in sector H (Transport and storage), Area 49 – urban and suburban passenger land transport.
Data sources
Data source on urban passenger transport are companies.
Obligation to protect individual data
Individual data on the natural or legal persons are confidential and constitutes an official secret in accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro 18/12).
