definitions: | Revenues cover: 1) current income (taxes, contributions, fees, concession and other revenues); 2) revenues from property sale; 3) revenues from loan payment; 4) donations and transfers; 5) borrowings and loans (domestic and foreign); 6) other revenues, prusuant to the law. Expenditure cover: 1) current expenditures for: gross earnings and contributions paid by employer, other personal income, expenditure for material and services, current maintenance, interests, rent, subsidies and other costs; 2) social security transfers; 3) transfers to institutions, individuals, non-governmental and public sector; 4) capital expenditures for purchase and investment maintenance of financial and non-financial property; 5) given borrowings and loans; 6) payment of debts, guarantees and liabilities from previous years; 7) osther payments, pursuant to the law. |

All producers are obliged to produce and maintain the Calenda. Thus, this is a uniform document covering all statistical producers in Montenegro defined by the Law on Official Statistics and Official Statistical System and which publish statistical data. |
