In Montenegro, in October 2013 tourists realised 45 238 arrivals which is 21.2% more than in October 2012. The number of realised overnight stays is 185 226, which is 30.3% more than in October 2012. Overnight stays of domestic tourists represent 16.0% while the foreign tourists represent 84.0% of all overnight stays in October 2013.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in October 2013, the most of them were realised by tourists from Russia (26.3%), Serbia (9.2%), Great Britain (8.4%), Germany (6.6%), France (5.6%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (4.6%), Norway (3.9%),Turkey (3.4%) Tourists from other countries realised 32.0% overnight stays.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays by type of resort, the most of them were realised in seaside resorts (89.3%), in capital city (6.5%), in mountain resorts (2.4%), in other tourist resorts and other resorts.
