In Montenegro, in February 2014 tourists realised 16 289 arrivals which is 6.1% more than in February 2013. The number of realised overnight stays is 55 434, which is 2.7% more than in February 2013. Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 73.7% while the domestic tourists represent 26.3% of all overnight stays in February 2014.
Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists, in February 2014, the most of them were realised by tourists from Serbia (17.1%), Russia (10.7%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (8.9%), Albania (7.4%), Croatia (4.0%), France (3.8%), Italy (3.0%), Kosovo (2.8%). Tourists from other countries realised 42.3% overnight stays.
Concerning the structure of overnight stays by type of resort, the most of them were realised in seaside resorts (68.6%), in capital city (12.5%), in mountain resorts (12.4%), in other tourist resorts and other resorts.
