Of the total number of building permits issued, 146 building permits refer to natural persons, while 81 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the first quarter 2014 is higher for 48.7% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 12.4% decrease compared with the fourth quarter of previous year.
