In the second quarter 2014, 239 building permits were issued, thus representing an increase of 0.4% in comparison with the same quarter of previous year and 5.3% increase compared with the first quarter of current year.

Of the total number of building permits issued, 184 building permits refer to natural persons, while 55 building permits were issued for legal persons.

Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the second quarter 2014 is less than 34.5% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 30.1% decrease compared with the first quarter of current year.
