The total value of finalised construction works in 2014 is 351.8 mil euros. Out of that, legal entities are realized the value of construction works in the amount of 277.1 mil euros or 78.8%, while the individual owners realized the value of 74.7 mil euros or 21.2%.

According to the type of construction, 62.2% of the total value of finalised construction works is realized on buildings, while 37.8% is realized on civil engineering.

In 2014 4 309 dwellings are finished with a useful floor area of 323 115 m².
