In June 2015 the total number of slaughtering bovines in slaughterhouses was 2 021, ewes 2 425, pigs 394 and poultry 32 962.
Of the total number of slaughtering heads of bovines, 79% share calves and young cattle up to one year old, while number of slaughtering ewes sharing lambs with 100% and poultry, broilers sharing with 100%.
