Building permits issued 4th quarter 2014
In the fourth quarter 2014, 213 building permits were issued, thus representing a decrease of 14.5 % in comparison with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 10.5% decrease compared with the second quarter of current year.
Of the total number of building permits issued, 141 building permits refer to natural persons, while 72 building permits were issued for legal persons.
Total number of dwellings for which the building permits were issued in the fourth quarter 2014 is lower for 4.5% when compared with the same quarter of previous year, while it is 86.7% increase compared with the third quarter of current year.
