In the first quarter of 2016, in Montenegro were issued 168 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 116 building permits refer to natural persons, while 52 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the first quarter of 2016, number of dwellings provided for construction was 542 with floor area of 39 836 m2.
