Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies in May 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in May 2016 compared to May 2015, decreased by 6.4%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015, it purchased 1.4% less milk.
 
The content of fat in May 2016 compared to May 2015 increased by 6.4%, while the protein by 4.5% compared to the same period in 2015. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 2.4% and protein by 3.1%.
 
In May 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of buter cream 5.1%, cream (traditional cream) 17% and cheese by 35.6% and reduced production of drinking milk by 53.9% and fermented dairy products by 2%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 1.6%, while the content of milk fat decreased by 1.8% and protein by 0.6%. Also, there was a proportioning biger production of cream (12.5%), cream (traditional cream 26%), fermented products (by 11.2%) and and cheese (6%). While the less production was of drinking milk (1.9%) compared to the previous reporting month.
 
Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 the total quantity of cow's milk purchased in May 2016 was lower (1.4%). When compared to the monthly average in 2015, produced less drinking milk (50.3%), while the increased production of cream (9%), fermented dairy products (6.8%), cream (traditional cream 12.4%) and cheese ( by 29%).
 

In May 2016, was not registered production of other yellow products.
