Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies August 2016

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk in August 2016 compared to August 2015, decreased by 0.5%. Compared to the monthly average in 2015 it purchased 8.3% more milk.
 
The content of fat in August 2016 compared to August 2015 increased by 5%, while the protein is increased by 2.2%. Compared with the annual average content of milk fat increased by 6.7% and protein by 1.6%.
 
In August 2016 compared to the same period in 2015, recorded an increase in production of buter cream 0.5%, fermented dairy products by 17.6% and cheese by 85.3% and reduced production of drinking milk by 56.5% and cream (traditional cream) 18.4%.
 
Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 5.3%, the content of milk fat increased by 0.8% while protein increased by 2.2%. Also, there was a proportioning biger fermented products (by 6.6%), cream (traditional cream 15.7%) and cheese (25.3%). While the less production was of drinking milk (11.8%) and cream (7.5%).
 
Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 the total quantity of cow's milk purchased in August 2016 was biger (8.3%). Compared to the monthly average realized in 2015 with August 2016 was less production of drinking milk (55.1%), while the increased production of cream (by 31.5%), fermented dairy products (by 33.2%), cream (traditional cream 6.9%) and cheese ( by 101.5%).
 

In August 2016, was not registered production of other yellow products.
