In the fourth quarter 2016, in Montenegro were issued 299 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 185 building permits refer to natural persons, while 114 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the fourth quarter of 2016, number of dwellings provided for construction was 648 with floor area of 50 273 m².
