Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies April 2017

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk,by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in April 2017 compared to April 2016, increased by 1.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.4%.
The content of fat in April 2017 compared to April 2016 decreased by 1%, while the protein is increased by 0.9%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.5% and protein is decreased too by 0,8%.
In April 2017 compared to the same period in 2016 recorded an increase of buter cream by 5.4%, fermented dairy products by 5.2%, traditional cream by 25.9%, other yellow products by 9.2%, production of cheese by 5.7% and reduced production of drinking milk by 0.2%.

In April 2017 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of cream (9.8%), cream (traditional cream 6.2%), other yellow products (180.9%) and cheese (4.6%).
