Livestock slaughtering in slaughterhouses August 2017
In August 2017 compared to the same month last year, the total number of cattle in slaughterhouses in Montenegro, increasing 62.4% (net weight increase of 45.7%). In sheep, pigs and poultry also was a increase in the total number of slaughtered animals, compared to the same month last year.
As compared to the previous month, the total number of cattle in slaughterhouses in Montenegro increased by 10.8% (net weight increased of 9.1%). Total number of slaughtered sheep was increased, and also total number slaughtered pigs was increased. The total number of slaughtered poultry is increased by 8.5% (net weight decreased by 20.2%).
