In the fourth quarter of 2017, in Montenegro were issued 275 building permits. Of the total number of building permits issued, 171 building permits refer to natural persons, while 104 building permits were issued for legal persons. If we look at the number of dwellings and their floor area, according to building permits issued in the fourth quarter of 2017, number of dwellings provided for construction was 1 282 with floor area of 81 870 m².
