Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies January 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in January 2018 compared to January 2017, increased by 23.2%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 2.3%.
The content of fat in January 2018 compared to January 2017 increased by 2.2%, while the protein is increased by 3.1%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 1.8% and protein decreased by 0.3%.
In January 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of drinking milk by 0.6%, cream by 18.7%, fermented dairy products by 21.7%, traditional cream by 25.8% and production of cheese by 14%.

In January 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 2.5%) and fermented dairy products (by 2.2%), but decreased was in production of cream (by 2.9%), cream (traditional cream by 5.4%) and cheese (by 2.1%).
