Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies March 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in March 2018 compared to March 2017, increased by 9.9%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 11.8%.
 
The content of fat in March 2018 compared to March 2017 increased by 0.5%, while the protein is decreased by 0.7%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 0.3% and protein decreased by 0.6%.
 
In March 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of cream by 43.4%, fermented dairy products by 5.2%, traditional cream by 39.6% and production of cheese by 5.6%, while drinking milk was decreased by 0.6%.
 
In March 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 1.1%), production of cream (by 33%), fermented dairy products (by 8.8%) and cheese (by 7.4%), but decreased was in cream (traditional cream by 4.4%).
 

In the period from January to March 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 6 529 637 kg and there was an increase of 13.9% compared to the same period in 2017.
