Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies June 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in June 2018 compared to June 2017, increased by 10.7%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.8%.
 
The content of milk fat in June 2018 compared to June 2017 decreased by 3.4%, while the protein decreased by 4.2%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 0.6% and protein decreased by 1%.
 
In June 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of drinking milk by 4.1%, cream by 22%, fermented dairy products by 15.2%, traditional cream by 13% and production of cheese by 20.4%.
 
In June 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of production of cream (by 7.2%) and cheese (by 4.6%), but decreased was in drinking milk (by 4%), fermented dairy products (by 4.5%) and cream (traditional cream by 9.8%).
 

In the period from January to June 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 14 051 703 kg and there was an increase of 13.3% compared to the same period in 2017.
