Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies July 2018

The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in July 2018 compared to July 2017, increased by 10.3%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk increased by 2.5%.
 
The content of milk fat in July 2018 compared to July 2017 decreased by 0.4%, while the protein increased by 3.3%. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is increased by 1.4% and protein increased by 2.9%.
 
In July 2018 compared to the same period in 2017 recorded an increase production of drinking milk by 7.7%, cream by 13.9%, fermented dairy products by 6%, but decreased was in production of traditional cream by 8.1% and cheese by 11.2%.
 
In July 2018 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of drinking milk (by 3.9%), cream (by 17.2%) and fermented dairy products (by 12.1%), but decreased was in production of cream (traditional cream by 14.7%) and on production of cheese (by 17.1%).
 

In the period from January to July 2018, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 16 664 809 kg and there was an increase of 12.8% compared to the same period in 2017.
