Entrance of row cow’s milk and obtained products into the dairies June 2019

 The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro in June 2019 compared to June 2018, decreased by 2.8%. Compared with the previous month, purchased milk decreased by 1.4%.

The content of milk fat in June 2019 compared to June 2018 decreased by 1.8%, while the protein is the same. Compared with the previous month content of milk fat is decreased by 1.9% and protein decreased by 1.5%.
In June 2019 compared to the same period in 2018 recorded an increase production of drinking milk (by 9.9%), cream (by 1.6%), fermented dairy products (by 12.9%), cream (traditional cream by 65.3%) and cheese (by 16%).
In June 2019 compared with the previous month, bigger production was of fermented dairy products (by 17.4%) and cream (traditional cream by 1.4%), but decreased was in production of drinking milk (by 7.6%), cream (by 15.5%) and production of cheese (by 9.5%)
In the period from January to June 2019, the total quantity of cow's milk purchased was 13 523 395 kg and there was an decrease of 3.8% compared to the same period in 2018.
