Statistical Office of Montenegro in cooperation with Center for Blood Transfusion of Montenegro, celebrated also this year the European Statistics Day with the activity of blood donation in which staff members and management of Statistical Office participated, and which was organized on 21st October 2019. 

Having in mind the official data that the donors of blood in Montenegro make 2.8 % of total population, while this percentage by the standard of World Health Organization should be over 4% of total population, the activity of blood donation has been supported by a large number of staff members of Statistical Office of Montenegro.

A support for this socially responsible action, Statistical Office sees in humanity and responsibility of its staff members, but also in gratitude we owe to general public which contributes to the provision of credible data for the official statistics production.
