In February 2020 compared to the same month last year, the total number of slaughter cattle in slaughterhouses in Montenegro, increasing 17% (net weight increase of 33.3%). Increase was on total number of slaughtered sheep compared to the same month of the previous year, while decrease was on total number of slaughtered pigs compared to the same month of the previous year. The total number of slaughtered poultry it is increased.
As compared to the previous month, the total number of slaughter cattle in slaughterhouses in Montenegro increased by 5.7% (net weight increased of 5.8%). Decrease was on total number of slaughtered sheep and pigs compared to the previous month. The total number of slaughtered poultry is decreased by 1.7% (net weight decreased by 2.9%).
