In Montenegro, in November 2011, tourists realised 17 354 arrivals which is 1.4% more than in November 2010, while they made 71 170 overnight stays which is 6.6% more than in November  2010. Overnight stays of domestic tourists represent 23%, while the foreign tourists represent 77% of all overnight stays in November 2011. In the first eleven months of this year, tourists realized 1 357 085 arrivals, which is 8.7% more compared to the same period last year, and 8 728 818 overnight stays which is 10.2% more compared to the same period last year. Number of overnight stays of domestic tourists decreased 2.5%, while the number of overnight stays of foreign tourists decreased 1.8%.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists the most of them were realised by tourists from Serbia (15.5%), Bosnia and Herzegovina (14.5%), Russia (11.9%), Macedonia (4.1%), Albania (3.9%), Croatia (2.9%)  and other countries.

Concerning the structure of overnight stays by type of resort, the most of them were realised in seaside resorts (80.6%), in capital city (12.5%), in other tourist resorts (5.0%), in mountain resorts and other resorts.
