Entrance of raw milk and obtained milk products
The total quantity of purchased cow's milk, by dairies in the territory of Montenegro, in the third quarter of 2022. is 6 421 206 kg and recorded a decrease of 4.1% compared to the same quarter of 2021.
The average content of milk fat in the third quarter of 2022, compared to the third quarter of 2021, recorded an increase of 3.7%, while the protein average content recorded an increase of 1.0%.
In the third quarter of 2022, compared to the same quarter of 2021, increase was recorded in production of cheese (by 2.5%), while a decrease was recorded in cream (by 23.2%), fermented dairy products (by 15.4%), tradittional butter (by 6.8%) and drinking milk (by 12.6%).
