In the fourth quarter of 2025 there was a decrease in the slaughter of cattle in slaughterhouses in Montenegro. Number of slaughtered cattle is 6 767 or 13.5% less than in the fourth quarter of 2024. The net weight of slaughtered cattle in the fourth quarter of 2025 decreased by 20%.
The total number of slaughtered sheep in the fourth quarter of 2025 decreased by 21.5% compared to the fourth quarter 2024. The net weight of slaughtered sheep in the quarter of 2025 decreased by 24.5%.The total number of slaughtered pigs in fourth quarter of 2025 increased by 13.5%. The total number of slaughtered poultry increased by 18.8%.
