Industrial production in Montenegro in September decreased: 5.4% compared with the previous month, 16.1% compared to same month of the previous year, 12.4 % compared to average monthly production from previous year and 7.7% for period January-September 2012 compared with the same period of previous year.

At the sector level, period January-September 2012 compared to the same period of the previous year, there was an decrease in the production in all sectors: mining and quarrying 21.7%, manufacturing 3.1%, and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply 13.3% for the observed period.
